Workshop
Kalumbila Business Park, Pad 2A, Kalumbila, North-Western ProvinceWhat to tell us
A useful first message is short and specific. What tooling you run, roughly how much of it, where the operation is, and what is going wrong or what is coming up. A shutdown date is the single most useful thing you can include.
If you are not sure what you need yet, say that too. A survey of the fleet is a normal place to start and it usually answers the question for you.
Enquire about
- Torque tool calibration
- Tool repair and maintenance
- Onsite and workshop servicing
- Managed tooling
- New equipment supply
- Service contracts
- Operator training
- Laser engraving and asset marking
What happens next
- 01We come back to you, usually the same working day, with questions rather than a brochure.
- 02Where the answer is not obvious from a description, we survey the fleet. It is the fastest way to find out what you actually hold and what condition it is in.
- 03You get a written proposal: what we would do, on what schedule, at what cost, and what we would leave alone.
- 04Nothing starts until you agree the scope. No tool is stripped beyond the evaluation without your say-so.
Emergencies and shutdowns
A tool failure during a shutdown is not a quotation request, and we do not treat it as one. Call rather than email, say which operation you are on and what is on the critical path. Operations on a service contract can have breakdown cover and exchange tooling written into the agreement, which is the version of this conversation that does not start at the beginning.
