New equipment supply

Authorised supply of the brands mine sites actually specify, from a company that also repairs and calibrates them, so the support does not end at the invoice.

Buying a tool in Zambia is easy. Getting it supported is the part that usually goes wrong: the supplier is a reseller, the parts come from another country, and the first failure turns into a three-month conversation. Trackcor sells the brands it is authorised to service, which means the seal kit, the procedure and the technician are already here.

Where a brand is specified that we do not carry, we will source it rather than push a substitute. A standard that a site has settled on for good engineering reasons is not something a supplier should be quietly changing.

Specifying the right tool

Most of the tooling that fails early on a mine site was not faulty; it was the wrong choice. An air tool on a site with wet, unfiltered air. A wrench at the top of its range on every joint it turns. A battery platform nobody else on site uses. We would rather have the specification conversation before the order than the warranty conversation after it.

Common questions

Are you an authorised Enerpac distributor?

Yes, and an authorised Enerpac service centre, so the tools we sell are supported and repaired here rather than shipped out for warranty work.

Can you supply a brand you do not carry?

Yes. Where a site has standardised on something we are not a distributor for, we source it rather than substitute it.

Do new tools come with a calibration certificate?

Torque-reliant tools are certified before they go into service, and we set the first recalibration date at the point of supply so the asset enters your register already on a schedule.

Where this is delivered

New equipment supply is delivered across the Zambian Copperbelt and North-Western Province, into Lusaka, Central and Southern Provinces, and across the border into the DRC copperbelt.
