What we do
Tooling services for Zambian mining and industry
Eight services that between them cover a tool from the day it is bought to the day it is retired: supplied, marked, serviced, calibrated, repaired, accounted for and operated by somebody who was trained on it.
Most operations buy these services from four or five different places, which is how a fleet ends up accurate on paper and unaccounted for in practice. Trackcor does all of them, in Zambia, which means a tool that fails as-found can be repaired and recertified without leaving the country, and the compliance position is one report rather than five.
Everything below can be bought on its own. Where an operation wants the whole function taken off its hands, managed tooling is the version where Trackcor owns the outcome rather than the task.
Torque tool calibration
Calibration done in country, on your site or in our workshop, with as-found and as-left data on every certificate and a recalibration date you can check online.
Read moreTool repair and maintenance
A properly equipped workshop for hydraulic, pneumatic, electric and battery tooling, with the parts and the brand authority to return a tool to specification rather than to working order.
Read moreOnsite and workshop servicing
Preventative servicing on a schedule, delivered where it costs you least: a technician on your site, or a planned workshop rotation that never takes the whole fleet at once.
Read moreManaged tooling
Hand over the tool crib entirely. Trackcor takes responsibility for availability, custody, calibration compliance and cost, and reports on all four.
Read moreNew equipment supply
Authorised supply of the brands mine sites actually specify, from a company that also repairs and calibrates them, so the support does not end at the invoice.
Read moreService contracts
Scheduled servicing, calibration, repair and breakdown cover on one agreement, so tooling becomes a predictable monthly cost instead of a series of surprises.
Read moreOperator training
Onsite training on the tools your crews actually use, covering torque setting, safe operation, hazard recognition and first-line maintenance, with competency assessed at the end.
Read moreLaser engraving and asset marking
Permanent, in-house marking for tools and toolboxes, so every asset is identifiable years later and tool control has something durable to hang on.
